Vitamin E can have some health benefits especially to people susceptible to blood clots but blood vessel health is determined by many factors including many nutrients other than Vitamin E. Also in order to restore blood vessel structure or function there has to be an existing problem with blood vessels which as I said, many factors may cause deterioration of blood vessels so if Vitamin E is taken when is not the problem for the blood vessel problem then it won't have any benefit. But can vitamin E help to restore good blood vessel health?
