what is the difference between primary and secondary education?

Rona Espalin: I think that primary education would be considered 0-5 years, the time to learn between right and wrong. The time when our primary foundations as a person are defined. (Life's teachings, Spiritual teaching) Secondary would be formal education. 1st through Phd. I know they try and call College Education, Higher Education, but I think Higher Education is more of a Spiritual Education. Ileen Oshell: Primary education in like elementary school. It teaches you all the things you need. Secondary education is middle and high school level materials.
