Rachal Osaki: If you are using it as part of the baking/cooking process the alcohol is cooked off and you are only left with the essence. Therefor there isn't anything to worry about as far as selling them goes... other than health code stuff.If you are doing something like liquor centers you can't sell them to anyone under the a! ge of 21 in Ohio. I'm not sure if a license is required, but I do know that you can give them away to of age persons without a problem.EDIT:As I said... I'm not sure. In that small of a quantity it is a toss up as to if the Liquor Control Board is going to care or not. What setting are you going to be selling them in? Is it a candy store? Lillie Yarde: I used to sell candy and a few college components at school interior the 6th grade. I made some money too. besides the fact that it became into against the regulations. maximum colleges are like that, you're actually not meant to head to college to make money. i think of you will desire to end promoting the candy. in case you get caught you will actually get in difficulty and can get suspended. this is not worth it.
