Linwood Mccory: I agree. Dell are crooks, and every time I need to make a warranty claim its such a pain and it often takes weeks for them to finally agree to dispatch a technician. I hate Dell.
Marcia Cheathan: No, Not really, Once you replace hardware you basically uninstall the hardware as well. the only thing I could think of would be possibly if there are still drivers in the computers registry from previous components. You should never send in a PC to Dell with upgraded video cards. For all you know the Dell technician that handled your PC used your card to upgrade his. Dell are crooks!
