Donte Liversedge: There is no direct bus service from the Orlando Airport into Tampa, but there is a way to get there between the two cities.After Arriving at Orlando Airport, proceed to the A side of the Main Terminal, between spaces A31-A34 you would need to take the Lynx (Orlando Public Transportation) bus #11, or 51 (either route will do) to the Central Station. From there, take the #25 bus over to the Greyhound Station of Orlando.
